Cunningham Hwy NDRRA, Cunningham Gap

The Cunningham highway provides a vital transport link for freight entering Brisbane from Victoria and NSW. In 2010 / 2011 the area experienced significant rainfall and as a result, numerous landslides occurred resulting in the closure of the highway. A joint approach with TMR, Fulton Hogan And Coffey Geotechnics undertook the emergency repairs as part of the national disaster recovery and restoration funding (NDRRA).
